Event Coordinator

We are looking for a positive mindset, competent Event coordinator to oversee and organize events, reporting to Marketing Manager. You’ll ensure events are successful planned and executed in a cost-effective manner; paying attention to budget, time constraints, and every aspect of customer experience.

Job responsibilities:

Company events include: trade shows, symposiums, workshops and other small group meetings, internal and external training and international events within others.

 Coordinate all operations of Company events from start to finish this include:

  • Prepare project/event plans with clear deadlines, tasks and deliverables.
  • Prepare budgets, report on monthly status and ensure adherence,
  • Obtain quotations for the different services and provide comparison to Marketing Manger
  • Source vendors and lead negotiations with suppliers.
  • Be in charge of hiring personnel (videographer, photographer, hostess, entertainment team, etc.)
  • Manage all aspects of travel logistic: international flights, ground transportation, visas, accommodations etc
  • Manage administrative tasks related to vendor payments, contract signatures, budget approvals, event and Speaker permits, etc.
  • Coordinate the graphic design requirements for the each of events in with graphic designer and in alignment with marketing agenda.
  • Plan in advance other items required for the event such as: product brochures, samples and promotional items purchase.
  • Obtain customer experience feedback after the events and report results.
  • As a key member of Marketing team, it is expected to bring new ideas for improvement and way to communicate the events success is social media; and occasionally, support with other marketing tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as event coordinator
  • Strong project management skills (exceptionally good at organization and operations)
  • High level of proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Able to use own initiative in identifying, addressing and resolving day to day issues and challenges.
  • Outstanding communication skills with strong even respectful manner to negotiate with vendors/suppliers, business partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to work with a variety of individuals, including clients, colleagues and external stakeholders.

Flexibility: Events are planned according to customers availability which sometimes requires to run events during the weekend and outside regular office hours. Presence of each of the event is required for this position.

Graphic Designer

We are looking for someone who is dynamic, creative, and result-oriented to cover multiple graphic designing needs across our extensive product portfolio. Position reports to Marketing Manager.

Job responsibilities

  • Creation of marketing assets across all company brands: brochures, flyers, infographics, icons, animations, video editing, internal communications, and general traditional and digital marketing assets.
  • Adaptation of material according to achieve localization while keeping the design in line with brand guidelines.
  • Support the Digital Marketing specialist with the creation of posts, animations, gift and by bringing exciting ideas to enrich social media post.
  • Coordinates, in alignment with Marketing Manager, a job-scheduling to predetermine jobs times and prioritization.
  • Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for product packaging and branding.
  • Manages brand design approvals from submission, amends, and final approvals.
  • Coordinates with outside agencies (art services, printers, etc.) projects completions from conception to delivery within deadlines.
  • Understand each of the brand identity and follow brand guidelines.
  • Maintain Internal Asset Library and tracking system discipline.
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops, international videoconferences related to new marketing assets (e.g., new product launch, new brand images).

Requirements

  • Proven graphic designing experience. Min 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent English level. Other language is a plus.
  • Capable to translate marketing brief to impactful design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Skincare or health-care previous experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suit Software (Photoshop, illustrator and After affect (animations))
  • InDesign
  • Premiere pro (video editing)

Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an outgoing personality, business savvy and competent Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the digital marketing efforts across our different business divisions ensuring every aspect of customer experience.

Full Time

Job responsibilities:

  • Execution of Marketing Campaigns for different business divisions: e-mail, social media, and paid campaigns from designing to results reporting. Creation of Marketing campaigns will be in close collaboration with Marketing Manager to whom this job reports to.
  • Content adaption of global marketing campaigns by assessing campaigns assets, need for new assets developing, propose campaigns launch times.
  • Develop original content relevant to promote our products, generate product demand and increase customer engagement.
  • Prepare and present the Digital Marketing Campaigns to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare monthly budget expense reports related to digital marketing and ensure it aligns to the company plan.
  • Coordinate the graphic designer requirements per campaign and lead the assets delivery. Deliver a clear brief and follow deliverables.
  • Manage, track, and report digital marketing activities and ROIs.
  • Lead the relationships with the Social Media Agency ensuring agreed services are provided on-time. This may include on boarding training for new vendors.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to digital marketing vendors such as payments, contract signatures and budget approvals.
  • Maintain a secure database of all login credentials.
  • Support other digital marketing activities as assigned.
  • As a key member of the Marketing team, it is expected to bring new ideas, improving event communication in the success of social media campaigns; and occasionally, support with other marketing tasks.

 

Other specific job responsibilities:

E-commerce

  • Analyze digital data and set recommendations for website optimization.
  • Create and maintain online listings across e-commerce platforms.
  • Create price comparison analysis across different platforms.
  • Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools.

Social Media

  • Publish digital marketing content online (Hootsuite)
  • Develop and implement Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
  • Create written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.
  • Managing influencers and marketing collaborations; analysing performance and results to optimize outcomes.

Qualification and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Marketing Communications or Business.
  • Demonstrable experience in digital marketing.
  • High level of proficiency in both written and spoken English. Arabic or Spanish is a plus.
  • Skincare, cosmetics or health-care previous experience is a plus.
