THIS POLICY IS ONLY APPLICABLE FOR ONLINE ORDERS AND DOES NOT APPLY IN OFFLINE STORES
If you have received an item(s) that is defective (e.g. delivered with ripped or missing parts, or other damage) it may be returned for a replacement or full credit upon approval. From the day you receive your item(s), our return policy is valid for 7 days.
The item(s) should be in its original packaging, along with the corresponding original order confirmation, delivery note and free gifts (if there are any). They must be reported within 7 days from the date of reception of the item.
Along with the receipt you paid, you may return any item to our acceptance on the condition that it was not worn, damaged, resized or altered except of any manufacturing defect.
On receipt of the product, our quality assurance department will review the condition and make a declaration of acceptance or non-acceptance.
On the basis of the declaration, we will inform you the status within 7 working days of receiving the product.
Item(s) purchased on cigalahmedpharm.com may be returned and/or exchanged either by pickup or directly. For a pickup service, delivery charges may apply.
On acceptance for product return, we will process your request for the exchange to the same items without manufacturing defects according to your order within 1 – 7 working days (depends on the shipping location). In case we are not able to exchange the item(s) to the same one(s) we might to replace it with the other item(s) of your choice that are available in stock but with the equal price within your order value.
In case we are not able to exchange the item(s) because it’s out of stock, on acceptance for product return, we will process your request for the refund within 7 working days. In this case, refunds on the purchases made with the credit/debit card will only be credited to the same card. Please allow one-month billing cycle in order for your credit/debit card to appear.
International Shipping charges (for all items shipped outside UAE) will be deducted for all returns based on the applicable shipping charges.
