Sales and Delivery:

• All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
• We use Time Express, to ship our product inside UAE.
• Delivery is available within the United Arab Emirates only.
• Delivery time is 1-2 day from the date of purchase if the order has submitted before 3:00 PM. This is subject to change in exceptional circumstances or unforeseen events.
• No delivery on weekends.
• No delivery charges inside United Arab Emirates.
• The customer must provide a valid delivery address and contact information. CIGALAH MEDPHARM TRADING LLC is not responsible for any delays or delivery failures caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
• CIGALAH MEDPHARM TRADING LLC cannot be held liable for any issues or damages that may arise from the customer’s decision to authorize the delivery company to leave the order at the door.
• The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

Pricing and Payment:

• All prices on the CIGALAH MEDPHARM TRADING LLC website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include VAT.

Cancellation Policy:

If an order is cancelled before it has been shipped, customers will receive a full refund of their purchase price. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of the cancellation request.
